Walks
There are plenty of walking trails in the forest; just keep walking. For more advanced hikers, there are specially marked trails: green, red, and black.

Bicycling
Białowieża National Park offers numerous cycling routes of varying difficulty. It's the perfect way to leisurely explore the forest, explore less-frequented areas, and experience the rhythm of nature up close.

Yoga
Clear your mind and body with morning or evening yoga on the terrace. Practicing amidst silence, trees, and open spaces allows you to slow down, focus on your breathing, and truly relax.

Winter swimming
For the brave, we recommend winter swimming in the nearby Narewka River or in a hot tub. It's a great way to stimulate your body, connect with nature, and experience unforgettable experiences, especially in the colder months.

Kayaks
The Narewka is the largest river in the forest, flowing from Belarus, taking its source in the swamps known as Dziki Nikor. You can choose from routes of various lengths, for example a short rafting trip in the Białowieża Glade or a full-day trip between the Narewka and Narew rivers.

Running
Run away from the hustle and bustle of the city, inhaling the scent of the forest, amidst the chirping of birds and the sun peeking through the trees. The silence of the forest has a calming effect. There are dozens of marked routes to choose from.

The Białowieża Forest offers dozens of trails and educational paths leading through its various facets. It's a perfect opportunity to leisurely discover the nature, history, and unique character of this place.

Bird Watching
The Białowieża Forest is a paradise for birdwatchers. Here, you can spot woodpeckers, owls, and many rare species. We'll tell you where to go for a peaceful birdwatching session.

Sleigh rides
A sleigh ride through the Białowieża Forest is one of the most atmospheric winter attractions. The sleigh ride, a bonfire with sausages, and the silence of the forest create unique memories that will last a lifetime.

Horse riding
For horseback riding enthusiasts, Białowieża offers traditional horse-drawn carriage, sleigh, and wagon rides through the Białowieża Forest. Horseback riding lessons and horse rentals are also available.

Nordic Walking
This activity is extremely popular among tourists. Within the Białowieża Forest, there's the "Kraina Puszczy i Zubra" Nordic Walking Park, a network of seven trails of varying lengths and difficulty levels.

Mushroom picking
The Białowieża Forest attracts mushroom-picking enthusiasts. Here you'll find bay boletes, boletes, saffron milk caps, kites, and green mushrooms, and the more discerning will also find boletes.

Swimming
Lake Siemianówka is about 30 minutes from Białowieża. Just a 10-minute walk from the house is a pier leading to the Narewka River, where you can swim, fish, or admire the views from the observation tower.

Cross-country skis
For cross-country skiing enthusiasts, the forest and surrounding area offer many wonderful trails with ideal conditions for skiing. The longest is 21 km long. You'll find several ski and equipment rental shops in Białowieża.
